About the Event
Our friends from Qalqilya, Palestine are raising funds to reopen the ONLY skatepark in the West Bank. The park has been a beacon of art ++ culture for the community since it was built in September of 2017 🛹
We’re honored to support our friends from Qalqilya and help fundraise for Jayyous Skatepark allllll the way from Gainesville, Florida ❤️ Here’s how we’re gonna do it…
• We’ll be auctioning Palestinian focused visual art 🇵🇸
• @lowbar will set up pop-up skate ramps in our street
• @palestinianazoomeh will be coming all the way from South Florida to sell delicious Palestinian food + treats
• @yusufthedj + @avatarbanban will be DJing Arabic and international music outside during the skate jam
